By creating an account or using Gizlo ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Gizlo.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Gizlo. By creating an account you confirm that you are 13 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to belong to users under 13.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your password with others.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Gizlo to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post or distribute hate speech, slurs, or content that discriminates based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or disability
• Create or share games or content that depict graphic violence, sexual content, or illegal activity
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the platform or other users' experiences
• Impersonate other users or real people
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose

4. User Generated Content

You own the games and content you create on Gizlo. By publishing content on the platform you grant Gizlo a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content to other users of the platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish. Gizlo is not responsible for user generated content created by other users. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

5. Moderation and Bans

We reserve the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban any account at our discretion for violations of these terms. Repeated violations of our chat or content rules may result in automatic account suspension. We are not obligated to provide a reason for moderation actions.

6. Platform Availability

We do not guarantee that Gizlo will be available at all times. The platform may go down for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from platform downtime.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Gizlo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

8. Data Preservation

We do not guarantee permanent preservation of your games or account data. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain your data, we are not liable for any loss of content or data.

9. Intellectual Property

The Gizlo name, logo, and platform code are owned by Gizlo. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Gizlo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

11. Limitation of Liability

Gizlo is provided "as is" without any warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gizlo is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of games, or any harm caused by other users' content.
